Victor Rudolph Sydlo, 82 of Arcadia, WI died on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at St. Michael’s Assisted Living in Fountain City, WI, under the care of Winona Area Hospice.
Victor was born on October 27, 1938, in Arcadia to Rudolph and Cecelia (Sobish) Sydlo. Victor farmed in rural Arcadia, helped others with custom field work, and also enjoyed doing carpentry work. Although Victor never married, he took great pride in caring for his family, including his parents, sisters, nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed a good game of euchre.
Victor is survived by his sister: Carmen Kuss of Arcadia her daughter: Linda her children: Jesse and Samantha her children: Caiden and Zoey; Dawn (Tim Kuss) and her children: Jacob, Brittney, Jeramiah; nieces: Amelia’s daughters: Bonnie, Tammy, and Michelle. He was preceded in death by his parents: Rudy and Cecelia; sisters: Amelia Pawlak, Louise Sydlo; twin siblings in infancy; and nephew: Tim Kuss.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Parish in Pine Creek, WI, with Father Sebastian Kolodziejczyk officiating. Friends and family are invited for visitation one hour prior to the Mass at church. Covid-19 guidelines will be followed. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
