Rose Helen Kamla, 87, of Arcadia, Wisconsin, passed away at Winona Health on Friday, November 27, 2015.
Rose Helen Kamla was born on April 18, 1928 in Arcadia, Wisconsin, daughter of Florian and Bibianna( Pehler) Radomski. She married Ernest Kamla on November 29, 1950 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. They farmed in Thompson Valley and then Glencoe Ridge until they retired. She was a wonderful cook and baker, and won a baking contest with her peanut butter pie. She was a excellent gardener, with beautiful flower beds and vegetable gardens. After retirement, she worked at the Arcadia Country Club and for Randy Gilbertson's catering.
She is survived by three daughters, Theresa Kamla (Rochester, MN), Karen Gould (Rochester, MN), Diana (Bernard) Bork (Waumandee, WI); son, David (Cheryl) Kamla (Trempealeau, WI); six grandchildren: Adam Gould (Rochester, MN), Rachael Unsworth (England, UK), Derek Bork (Winona, MN), Danielle Bork (Waumandee, WI), Chelsey Kamla (Minneapolis, MN) and Matt Kamla (Minneapolis, MN); two great grandchildren: Adison Gould (Azle, TX), Raelynn Bork (Winona, MN); and one brother, Andrew Radomski (Lewiston, MN).
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ernest, her son, Daniel, her great granddaughter, Kaylee Breann Gould, two sisters, Theresa Klimek and Frances Quinn, and brother, Frank Radomski.
Funeral Service will be held at Holy Family Parish, Arcadia, Wisconsin on Saturday, December 5, at 11:00 a.m., visitation 9:00-11:00 a.m., with Father Sebastian Kolodziejczyk officiating. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
