Patrice Marie Hamerski, 57, of Trempealeau, WI, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014, at Gundersen Tri-County Memorial Hospital in Whitehall, WI.
Patrice was born on April 16, 1957, in Worthington, MN, to Julian and Elizabeth (Rieger) Hamerski. She graduated from the University of Michigan-Kalamazoo, and received her Master's Degree in Social Work. At the time of her passing, she was working as a social worker for Trempealeau County.
Patrice was an enthusiastic and joyful person. She greatly enjoyed traveling, good food, and great company. Most of all, she was a caring individual who always went out of her way to help others.
Patrice is survived by her beloved son, Greg (Lolly Coleman) Roskos of Trempealeau; her father, Julian Hamerski of Holmen; siblings: Julann (Jack) Terry of Oklahoma City, OK, Mary Beth Hamerski of Trempealeau, Francine Hamerski of Savoy, IL, Suzann Hamerski of Watseka, IL, Anthony (Debbie) Hamerski of McLoud, OK; her aunt, Delores Rieger of Winona, MN; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
Friends and Family are invited to gather on Monday, August 25, 2014, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wozney-Killian Funeral Home where there will be a 7:00 PM Time of Sharing. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates kind words, support, and donations toward the cost of the memorial.
