Jeffrey E. Anderson, 62 of Arcadia passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Jeff was born on March 9, 1956, in Stanley, WI to Lyman and Evelyn Anderson. He married Roxanne Slaby on September 9, 1978 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Waumandee, WI. They were married just short of 40 years and blessed with two wonderful boys, Derek and Jordan. Jeff was a member of Holy Family Parish in Arcadia.
Jeff was a man of many trades and talents which included painting, beer sales and ended with his greatest achievement being owner and operator of Arcadia TV and Appliance. He proudly worked alongside his wife and boys for over 30 years.
Jeff cherished the time he spent with his wife, his boys and the loves of their lives, Diana and Payton. He treasured all the times being Papa to Makenna and Greyson. He enjoyed teaching his boys the ways of life. He spent many hours fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, golfing. He was a true Wisconsinite supporting the Packers, Badgers, and Brewers. Jeff especially loved spending time at his happy place-the lake.
He was a very respectable man who had a great sense of humor and was loved by many. He never did or said anything to hurt other people. Jeff used his wittiness and humor to make others comfortable even in his last days.
He was appreciative of the many people who supported him and stood by his side through his battle with cancer.
In his final moments Jeff was surrounded by the many people he loved. Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Rocky; two sons: Derek (Diana) and Jordan (Payton) both of Arcadia; grandchildren: Makenna and Greyson; three sisters: Debra (Rod) Kremer of Lake Wissota, Lisa Anderson of Arcadia, Holly Anderson of Chippewa Falls; father and mother-in-law: Al and Darlene Slaby of Waumandee; brothers-in-law: Joe (Jenny) Slaby of Waumandee, Paul (Barb) Slaby of Arcadia; sister-in-law: Rosemary (Tim) Burt of Stillwater, MN; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and great niece Chloe.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 3, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Parish in Arcadia, with Rev. Sebastian Kolodziejczyk officiating. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wozney-Killian Funeral Home where there will be a 7:30 PM prayer service and rosary. They may also call on Monday from 9:30 AM until the time of services at the church. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, rural Arcadia.
