Eugene P. Losinski, 92, of Arcadia died on Sunday, July 24, 2016, at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse. Eugene was born on June 28, 1924, in Arcadia to Jacob and Catherine (Meyers) Losinski.
Eugene married Loretta Mish at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Creek. Loretta died in 1963. He farmed in rural Arcadia. Farming was his life. He was still making hay and taking care of his cattle. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Creek.
Eugene is survived by his son: Roger Losinski of Fountain City; 5 grandchildren: Karey Losinski of Rochester, Tina (Mitch) Seekamp of Money Creek, Jennifer Losinski of Winona, Jason (Jessica) Losinski of Winona and Jacob (Samara) Losinski of Winona; 11 great grandchildren. Eugene was preceded in death by his wife: Loretta; 2 sons: Dennis and Donald Losinski; 2 brothers: Harry and Roman Losinski; 5 sisters: Therese Kline, Margaret Jaszewski, Eleanor Losinski, Cecelia Brandt, and Paula Rogalla.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Parish in Pine Creek, WI, with Rev. Woodrow Pace officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 27th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wozney-Killian Funeral Home where there will be a 7:00 PM prayer service. They may also call on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Pine Creek, WI.
