Diane M. Gunderson, age 76, of Arcadia died Thursday June 25, 2015, in her home surrounded by her family. Diane was born on November 5, 1938, to Roy and Evelyn (De Cheyne) Thibedeau Sr. in Chippewa Falls, WI. On April 11, 1958, Diane married Eugene Gunderson in the Little Brown Church in Nashwa, Iowa.
Diane loved doing crafts. She was a huge Green Bay Packer Fan and a diehard Badger Football fan. Diane is survived by her husband: Eugene; 2 sons: Steve (Diane) Gunderson, Michael (Tracy) Gunderson; 2 daughters: Linda Schock, Lori (Bill) Schaffner; 6 grandchildren: TJ (Amanda) Schock, Travis Schock, Tyler Schock, Eric Gunderson, Katie Gunderson, Samuel Schaffner, Kody Gunderson and Ciera Gunderson; 2 great grandchildren: Tharren Schock, Taylor Schock; 2 brothers: John (Rita) Thibedeau, Gerald (Edith) Thibedeau; 1 sister: Patricia (Lawrence) Nicolai; and many nieces and nephews. Diane was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother: Roy Thibedeau; 2 sisters: Jane Faulknor and Nancy Martell.
Friends may call on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wozney-Killian Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to 2 of Diane's charities. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Jan Bagniewski and Winona Hospice for their wonderful care.
