Delphine M. Korpal, 69, of Arcadia, WI died on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at the Trempealeau County Healthcare Center in Whitehall, WI, where she was a resident for the past 4 years.
Delphine was born on March 24, 1944, to Leo and Josephine (Maciosek) Korpal in Arcadia, WI. She attended school in Independence, WI. She lived with her parents on the family farm in Korpal Valley until they moved to the city of Arcadia. Delphine was employed at ORC Industries for 28 years. She was a Green Bay Packer fan and enjoyed working at ORC, watching TV, taking walks around the neighborhood and caring for her various dogs; Rosie, Buttons, and Pepper. She was a member of Holy Family Parish in Arcadia, WI.
Delphine is survived by her nephew, Leonard Korpal of St. Charles, MN, her niece, Lindsey Steele of Eagen, MN and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Josephine Korpal and her brother, LeRoy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 31, 2014, at Holy Family Parish in Arcadia with Rev. Sebastian Koloziejczyk officiating. Friends may call on Friday from 12:00 Noon, until the time of services at the church, there will be a rosary recited at 12:30 PM. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, rural Arcadia.
